We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our fulfilment center. Once it is dispatched, shipping is normally 4-8 business days.

For a quick resolution, if you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos to our E-mail hello@delosantos.net before starting a return.
Return Policy
- Items MUST be in unused/unworn condition.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not offer Exchanges.

Is each artwork limited edition?
Some of our artworks are either limited in quantity or in their time available. Once they are sold out or the time limit is up, they won't be made again. We do this to protect the integrity of the artworks and the collectors who secured them.
